Description
The Synesso MVP Hydra is a two-group espresso machine for setting, saving and repeating recipes. It offers selectable brew modes, 6 programmes per group, shot-time displays and water-volume control.
Features
- Mark Barnett, Synesso’s founder and designer, developed the water inlet system to give each group its own pump and motor, maintaining pressure during heavy use.
- The bypass system provides 4 programmable pressure stages: pre-infusion, ramp-up, full extraction pressure at 9 bar, and ramp-down.
- Pressure stages can be adjusted to highlight acidity, sweetness and body.
- Set recipes manually, save them to an available programme and fine-tune any parameter with the wired controller.
- Brew modes: Manual (M), Manual Programme (MP) and Volumetric (VP).
- Shot timers with programme markers and a brew graph.
- Low-profile brew controls.
- Separate lower side panel for service access.
